Q: Are your products authentic?

A: MSS is our in-house brand and all our products are manufactured under stringent quality control to ensure that there are no inconsistencies or contamination. Our products are formulated using pharmaceutical ingredients to maximize efficacy because we know everyone loves skincare that works.

Besides our MSS products, we do carry some other skincare products which we feel are good additions to the skincare routine. These products are all authentic and sourced from reliable suppliers.

 

Q: What currency are the products sold in?

A: Our products are all sold in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

 

Q: How long does delivery take within Singapore?

A: All delivery made to a Singapore address is FREE.

Confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day. You will typically receive your items within 3 business days from the date of order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Q: I am not from Singapore but I am interested to place an order. How do I do that?

A: We apologize that we currently do not deliver outside of Singapore. However, we may be able to work something out together if you reach us at our Contact Us page or drop us an email. We would be happy to hear from you.
